Taco Tuesday

Did you know the term originated in the 1980s when a Taco John's owner in Wyoming created "Taco Twosday" to increase business on a slow day by offering two tacos for 99 cents? The deal was so popular, it spread to other locations, and the name was eventually changed to "Taco Tuesday" and trademarked in 1989.
