Congregational Meeting

Our annual Redeemer East Side Congregational & Corporate Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 4 in the sanctuary of our new building (at 150 E 91st Street) immediately following the morning (at 11:45am) worship service. A second congregational meeting will be held immediately following the evening (at 6:15pm) worship service. Member voting will take place during the 11:45am meeting.

The meetings are open to all Redeemer East Side congregants, but we especially need members to attend the 11:45am meeting so that we have a quorum and can conduct the official business portion of the meeting. More information to follow via email to church members.

There are three agenda items for the 11:45am meeting following the morning worship service:

1. Ministry and Financial Update
2. Member Vote on Church Leader Re-elections
3. Question and Answer Session

The 6:15pm meeting will include the same ministry and financial update and another Q&A session.

The meetings will be held in our sanctuary (at 150 E 91st Street), in person, and the meetings will not be live-streamed.

We encourage all members to attend the 11:45am meeting to vote. Please note that the Presbyterian Church in America denomination does not permit proxy voting and no other business will be conducted. And though only members can vote, these meetings are open to all East Side attenders.

Children’s Ministry staff will provide extended programming after each worship service.
